Canned Corn on the Stovetop

Cooking canned corn is super easy for those busy weeknights when you need a quick side dish. Canned corn can be pretty tasty.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Open canned corn and empty about half the liquid out of the can. Add the remaining contents to the saucepan.
  • Cook the corn on medium heat, until it start boiling, stirring occasionally. Then, lower heat to medium-low.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally for about 2-3 minutes. Until the corn is heated through.
  • Remove pan from heat. Add in butter and stir until melted. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
